What started as just a WhatsApp group between 64 current mentees has blossomed into a close-knit community that holds meet-ups, training opportunities, and peer-based support, and is currently expanding to welcome past cohorts and explore unofficial collaboration opportunities with vendors, as cinematographer and community founder Cathy Ye explains.
